Our story

At Memories of Patagonia we select ingredients from all over the country and transform them into natural gourmet products to obtain a balanced combination of flavours and textures. Products are elaborated using ingredients from different regions of Patagonia to make the best recipes.

The Dulce de Leche for example, comes from the Pampean prairie´s milk farms, the Malbec wine comes from the foothills of the Andes in Mendoza province, Honey is originated in the natural prairies of La Pampa. All of them give incredible taste to products such as chutney, mustard, chocolate and many others.

Seasonings

Premium
Chimichurri

Traditional Argentinean sauce elaborated using a mixture of herbs and spices. Traditionally used to spice up meat in barbecues or what argentinians call "asado".

Honey
Mustard

Honey is originated in the extensive pampa´s prairies and gives the perfect sweetness for bittersweet flavour. Ideal as spread for sandwiches and for salad dressing mixed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Hoison

Elaborated with a combination of plum and dried plum raisins beyond the strong sun of Rio Colorado at Patagonia Hills. Excellent to serve with white meat (lamb, pork, fish), sausages, sushi and white rice.

Spicy
Mango

Traditional british sauce similar to chutney. Perfect to accompany white meats and oriental dishes. It can also be mixed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to create a great dressing.

Best known argentinian product elaborated with milk from cows shepherding Buenos Aires fields. Ideal to have for breakfast, to
serve with pancakes, hot cakes or cupcakes filling.

Elaborated with Patagonian hand-picked berries.Because of its bittersweet taste it can be used either to serve with whit pork or lamb and for desserts. Cake filling, spread, cheesecake and ice cream topping.

A typical argentine product based on the country’s tradition. Perfect combination of three ingredients to obtain a delicious and irresistible flavour. Excellent to serve with ice cream, in cake fillings, chocolate fondue, pancakes and waffles.
